Job Introduction
Training on end-to-end management of ticketing systems
The activities include a training phase through formal courses, alongside specialized resources with the supervision of a tutor. The ticketing system covered by the training will be JIRA Atlassian but there will also be insights into other systems such as Easyvista and Service Now. The contracts on which the activities will take place will be European in scope within the Italian Core Services Team.
Scope:
The purpose of this Internship is to build professional figures capable of managing, implementing and customizing the ticketing systems most used in the industry.
The main activities will be the following:
- Classroom and online training
- Skill transfer
- Training on the job
The intern will have to learn/improve the following technical skills/skills:
- Management of Service Management processes
- Application of basic ITIL processes
- Management, implementation and customization of JIRA
- Management of the most common ticketing systems
